Bridge CLI command crashes from Visual Studio post build step.

When attempted, the following exception results:

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.IOException: The handle is invalid.

       at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
       at System.Console.GetBufferInfo(Boolean throwOnNoConsole, Boolean& succeeded)
       at Bridge.CLI.Program.Main(String[] args)
This can be 'worked around' by launching the command with 'start bridge build', but the console output is not returned to visual studio with this work-around.

    Some contextual information:
We're trying to run the CLI manually so we can have visual studio dev environment and linux docker CI build with the same build mechanism.

      Hi selinc,

Can you provide what you have configured in the PostBuild step? We'll run some tests to try and reproduce. Providing a simplified project configured to reproduce would be super helpful. You could .zip it up and upload here (rename .txt) or share a GitHub repo.

Are you using Visual Studio 2017? Is this a .NET Core project type?
